London Diaries: Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput click a selfie sans daughter Misha Kapoor
Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput are in London with daughter Misha Kapoor.
Shahid Kapoor is on a vacation and this time not just with wife Mira Rajput but also with daughter Misha Kapoor. Shahid took to social media to share a picture from the Mumbai airport and wrote, "First family vacay. And we are off." This vacation is a little special one as Misha would be turning one on this August 26.
Shahid took to share a selfie with Mira Rajput sans daughter Misha. This is not Misha’s first international trip as she and her mother Mira had accompanied Shahid to New York City to attend the IIFA awards.
Initially, Shahid and Mira kept Misha away from the spotlight and it was only a few days before his birthday in February that Shahid shared the first picture of his daughter. Since then, we have seen Misha being captured by the shutterbugs on several occasions. Talking about Misha with a leading daily, Mira said, "As far as media attention is concerned, I know it's going to happen. I can't keep Misha behind closed doors all the time. I want her to have a normal childhood. I want her to know that she has the privileges that she has because of her father. She has to respect that. I just hope that she doesn't get swept away by the tide.Obviously, I want to share what Misha does with my family and friends. Shahid also wants to do so with his friends and family. She is our pride, but there is always a line. I want to protect her as much as I can."
On how Shahid is as a dad, Mira revealed, "Shahid's relationship with Misha started right from the moment when he got to know that I was pregnant. Fatherhood comes naturally to him. He is fully involved and he changed her diaper even before I did. Shahid wants to be connected to her always and I think that's great. Misha is going to have him wrapped around her little finger.
