Karisma Kapoor and ex-husband Sunjay Kapur have been legally divorced but have continued to co-parent children, Samaira and Kiaan Raj. Samaira and Kiaan often fly to Delhi to spend time with father, Sunjay Kapur.
Today, Sunjay Kapur’s wife Priya Sachdev Kapur shared photos in which Sunjay Kapur can be seen striking a pose with children Samaira and Kiaan. Karisma Kapoor has been granted the custody of the children, however Sunjay Kapur has been granted visitation rights. Karisma Kapoor’s lawyer had said last year, “When the two appeared in the Supreme Court on April 8, both agreed to divorce by mutual consent. They have now resolved their issues amicably and divorce terms are settled pertaining to custody of their children. The custody of the two children will remain with Karisma, and Sunjay will have certain visitation rights."
The divorce proceedings had taken an ugly turn and Sunjay’s lawyer had claimed, “She has been poisoning the children's minds against their father by telling them false stories. There have been instances when Samaira has said that she doesn't want to meet her father at all.'
Priya Sachdev also shared an image of Sunjay posing with her daughter, Safira. This is Priya’s second marriage. She was earlier married to hotelier Vikram Chatwal.
On the other hand, Karisma has been busy with professional engagements. She is reportedly dating Sandeep Toshniwal and is rumored to be getting married soon.
