Kareena Sports Saif's Chain

There was an article that had reported that Saif got Kareena a chain that had religious significance with an arabic saying meant to protect the person wearing it. I thought the chain was Saif's, but its slightly different from the one he has, thought very similar in style.
His is in silver, hers is gold. But their overall design is the same.
But surprisingly, I found Kareena wearing it on almost all her appearances, long before we even noticed the chain. She wears it quite often. I think she only takes it off for like a photoshoot or shooting
