Kareena Kapoor Khan and Amrita Arora Ladak have been BFFs for more than a decade. Kareena and Amrita are often clicked hitting the gym together or hanging out at each other’s house. Kareena has always maintained that Amrita is her only friend from the industry.

On the occasion of Amrita’s 40^th birthday party, Kareena Kapoor Khan left no stone unturned. She along with other friends brought in Amrita’s birthday in style. Earlier in the day, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Amrita Arora, Karisma Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Seema Khan and Maheep Kapoor reached Goa in a private jet.

At the party, Kareena sported a shiny silver dress and impressed us with her exquisite style. Kareena posed with Maheep for a photo which she captioned, “Birds of Feather”.

A source close told us, “When Amrita opened her door and saw her girls she screamed in excitement and joy. Its her 40th birthday and a very important milestone for her. On her birthdays usually she and Shakeel fly to London or Bali to celebrate as she loves the places but this time her girls wanted to make it more special for her. The birthday plan was designed by Amu's bestie Kareena and her sister Malaika. They kept it a secret so Amrita had no clue that they were coming. In fact, when she asked them if they were coming they all said they were very busy."
