Karan Johar and Ananya Panday get snapped as they step out in style for lunch; View Photos

With her debut film Student of The Year 2 putting her under the spotlight, Ananya Panday has been off to a fiery start. The newest kid on the block made an impressive debut performance with Karan Johar's film and looks like the actress is now taking bigger steps. Even before the release of her first film, Ananya bagged her second film opposite Karti Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar. On Sunday, Ananya was spotted along with her mentor Karan Johar as the two met for lunch in Mumbai's suburbs. 

The actor-mentor entered the restaurant at different intervals and looked striking in their outfits. Ananya chose a striped-yellow jumpsuit and blue shades. She completed her look with a pair of white kicks. Whereas, Karan Johar's satrorial choices were red hot today. Sporting a blazing red, black and white tracksuit, Karan stepped out in style. His sunglasses, however, were the highlight. The filmmaker's edgy and chunky red sunglasses were hard to miss.

A few weeks ago Ananya was spotted at Karan Johar's office and the duo may come together for a new film. While Karan Johar will begin filming Takht this year, Ananya Panday is all set to star in the remake of Pati, Patni aur Woh. The announcement of the film was made a few months ago. Well, we wonder if the mentor and student will be joining hands yet again for a new project.
