On the work front, Kajol will soon start with her new Bollywood film. She is set to be seen in Pradeep Sarkar's directorial tentatively titled Ela which will be produced by her husband Ajay Devgn.
Now, as per reports in a leading tabloid, the movie is set to go on floors on January 24, 2018. In the film, Kajol will be seen playing the role of a single mother who is an aspiring singer as well.
There are reports that Sridevi is all set to collaborate with the director of English Vinglish, Gauri Shinde for the sequel of the film.
Sridevi and Gauri Shinde will unite after five years to take the story of Shashi forward. A source had shared with a leading daily, “Sridevi indicated that a collaboration is in the offing when the film completed five years last month. She shared a picture of Gauri and her, and wrote, ‘Coming Soon’. They were supposed to come together for a woman-centric light-hearted comedy earlier, but the story was not fully developed. So, they shifted their focus to the sequel.”
Sara Ali Khan is gearing up for her Bollywood debut. She will be seen in Abhishek Kapoor's Kedarnath alongside Sushant Singh Rajput. Sushant will be playing the role of a pithoo in the film.
