Jaya Bachchan and Aditi Rao Hydari bond at an event in Hyderabad, see PICS

At a charity event organized in Hyderabad, B-Town stars showed up to lend their support. Veteran actor and MP Jaya Bachchan looked graceful in a yellow saree. She was the chief guest at the event. Apart from Jaya Bachchan, Rakul Preet and Aditi Rao Hydari also attended the event.

Aditi turned showstopper for the event and looked like a million bucks in a traditional yet contemporary outfit. Aditi looked regal in a bright blue colored outfit with intricate embroidery. She carried it off with flair and stunned at the event.

Rakul Preet who starred with Sidharth Malhotra in Aiyaary also made her presence felt. She looked beautiful in ethnic wear.

Jaya Bachchan and Aditi Rao Hydari were seen bonding at the event. The two are quite close, and it was infact, Jaya Bachchan who recommended Aditi’s name for the part of Mehrunisa in Padmaavat.

Earlier, Aditi had said, "It felt so amazing that she had suggested my name to him. I have never had that kind of support or backing in the industry. So, when people who I love and respect so much stand up for me, or encourage and appreciate me, it means a lot. When you get a blessing you don’t ask questions. She did mention (the reason) why to Sanjay sir, but I read somewhere that she said there is some purity in my eyes and ‘noor’ on my face."

She had also said, “I have an instinctive affection for Amitji (Bachchan) and Jayaji. My mother was once said to resemble Jayaji. Perhaps that’s why the bond,” about her equation with Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan.
