Janhvi Kapoor's throwback pic with Sridevi & Boney on the couple's 22nd anniversary will leave you teary-eyed
Janhvi Kapoor gets nostalgic, shares an emotional picture of herself with Boney Kapoor and Sridevi wherein the couple is caught sharing a lovely moment.
Boney Kapoor and late actor Sridevi completed 22 years of marriage on June 2, however, the Mr. India actor is no more to ring in the day. The actor passed away earlier this year in February after accidentally falling into the bathtub in a Dubai hotel. Her death sent shockwaves in the industry with everyone still trying to come to terms with the harsh reality.
As the couple completed 22 years, Boney, who also manages Sridevi's Twitter handle to keep her alive in the memories, shared a lovely picture with the actor and wrote, "Today would have been our 22nd wedding anniversary. Jaan... My wife, my soulmate, the epitome of love, grace , warmth and laughter lives within me forever.."
Daughter Janhvi Kapoor, who recently opened up about dealing with the sudden passing away of her legendary mother, shared a lovely throwback picture of the couple wherein Boney is seen planting a kiss on Sri's cheeks while Janhvi looks on in sheer admiration. Although she did not caption the picture, her emotions were palpable.
On the work front, Janhvi will be making her big Bollywood debut with Dhadak under Karan Johar's production banner Dharma Productions. In Dhadak, the star kid is paired opposite Ishaan Khatter, who himself made an impressive debut this year with Majid Majidi's Beyond the Clouds. Dhadak is an official adaptation of a Marathi hit film Sairat and is set up amidst the background of Rajasthan. The movie releases on July 20, 2018.
