Janhvi Kapoor reminds us of Sridevi in a bindi & braid in BTS photos from Good Luck Jerry set in Chandigarh
Janhvi Kapoor is currently shooting in Chandigarh for her film, Good Luck Jerry. We got our hands on photos from the sets of the film and well, the star looks just like her mom in her look from the film.
Actress Janhvi Kapoor has been shooting in the freezing temperatures in Punjab for her next flick, Good Luck Jerry. The film was announced a few weeks back when Janhvi's first look was released on social media. Since then, fans have been curious about the film. While the first look featured Janhvi as a simple, Punjabi girl in a salwar-kameez, fans wondered what the film was all about. Now, today, we've got our hands on behind-the-scenes photos from the sets of the film and well, Janhvi's look surely will remind you of her late mom and legendary star, Sridevi.
In the photos, Janhvi can be seen surrounded by a blanket of security as she shoots in Chandigarh. In the photos, she is seen clad in a silver puffer jacket as she comes out of the vanity van. She is seen clad in a salwar-kameez and her hair is tied up neatly in a braid. With it, her bindi added another level of charm to her simple, girl-next-door look. She is seen interacting with the crew and security in one of the photos.
In one of the pictures, Janhvi is caught candidly in the frame as she shoots in a crowded market. We can also see her posing with fans for selfies. The young star's simple yet gorgeous look has reminded fans of her mom, Sridevi and her look from films like Sadma and English Vinglish.

The film's shoot had begun a few weeks back when Janhvi headed to a small town in Punjab to shoot. However, owing to the protests related to farmers and the unrest, the shoot and crew reportedly moved to Chandigarh. The film is being directed by Siddharth Sengupta and it is penned by Pankaj Matta. It is being produced by Aanand L Rai. The film is reportedly a remake of South film Kolamavu Kokila.
