Janhvi Kapoor looks resplendent as she steps out to promote Dhadak
Janhvi Kapoor stepped out in the city today to promote her film Dhadak. Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the film also stars Ishaan Khatter in lead role.

Sridevi and Boney Kapoor's daughter Janhvi Kapoor is making her Bollywood debut with the film Dhadak alongside Ishaan Khatter. The trailer was released this month and has created excitement for Janhvi's debut in the film industry.
Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter are on a promotion spree for the last few days. Today, the shutterbugs clicked Janhvi Kapoor at a popular studio in the city. She looked beautiful in a pink high slit kurta and blue jeans. The minimal makeup and wavy hairstyle accentuated her look.
Janhvi was all smiles for the cameras as she stepped out to promote Dhadak. Check out the photos below:
Dhadak is an adaptation of Marathi superhit film Sairat (2016) which was directed by Nagraj Manjule. The Hindi remake is helmed by Shashank Khaitan and it is set in Rajasthan.
The song Zingaat which was a huge hit was also remade in Hindi for Dhadak and it was released this week. The music for the film is also composed by Ajay-Atul who were the music composers for Sairat.
The Hindi version of Zingaat has received a mixed reaction from the audience.
At a radio station recently, Janhvi Kapoor expressed her happiness about the response received to the song Zingaat from her film. She said that she is happy with the positive response. Talking about comparisons, she mentioned that people are attached with the Marathi version but the song is important for the storyline and characters of the film.
Dhadak is slated to release on July 20, 2018.
