Janhvi Kapoor is in a jovial mood as she returns from Singapore

Janhvi Kapoor was spotted at the Mumbai airport as she returned from her trip to Singapore. The actress was all smiles as she made her way to her car and was clicked by the paparazzi. 

Janhvi opted for the casual cool route and looked beautiful in a white printed baggy tee which she paired with torn blue jeans and multicoloured sneakers while her hair was left open with a centre-parting.

Meanwhile, Janhvi has a very big reason to celebrate as her performance in her Bollywood debut movie, Dhadak, is garnering the newcomer many praises. Her heartfelt performance and chemistry with Ishaan Khatter have struck the right chord with the audience and critics alike. 

When it comes to the box office numbers, the total collections of Dhadak so far is Rs 43 crore. The movie, which is the official Hindi adaptation of the Marathi film, Sairat (2016), is inching closer to the Rs 50 crore mark, which is an impressive feat considering the two leads of Dhadak are newcomers. 

Meanwhile, overwhelmed by the positive response for Dhadak,  Janhvi thanked everyone on Instagram and wrote, "Thankful, grateful, and blessed for all of you, and because of all of you. #dhadak."

On the other hand, Ishaan wrote on his Instagram Story, "Thank you for the overwhelming love in these past few days. Makes me immensely happy that you're happy."

In an interview with Hindustan Times, Janhvi revealed that her family including father and filmmaker Boney Kapoor and sister Khushi Kapoor got emotional after they watched her in Dhadak.
