Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter to make their debut on Karan Johar's talk show Koffee With Karan?

Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter made their big, grand Bollywood debut in a Karan Johar film and were loved by millions. The two starred in Shashank Khaitan's directorial Dhadak, which won hearts and crossed the Rs 100 crore mark worldwide and that's an amazing feat for newcomers. Janhvi and Ishaan's movie beat the likes of Student of the Year, Ishaqzaade and Heropanti in terms of Day 1 day box office numbers with an Rs 8.75 crore opening. The film is the official Hindi adaptation of the Marathi film Sairat (2016) starring Rinku Rajgugu and Akash Thosar while the movie was directed by Nagraj Manjule.

This is why it comes as no surprise that Janhvi and Ishaan will be making their debut on Karan's controversial chat show, Koffee With Karan, that asks all the tough questions and stars are obliged to spill the beans over a cup of coffee, according to DNA. Given their popularity, the newcomers will be facing Karan's questions which may be a bit personal and privy. Before this, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra too had appeared on KWK after the release of their debut movie Student of the Year. How could one forget the great Alia Bhatt and the President of India blooper?

Another celebrity who may make her KWK debut will be Sunny Leone who is reported by DNA to have a solo appearance on Karan's couch. Koffee With Karan will mostly roll out in September with Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Rani Mukerji as the first guests.
