Tiger Shroff debuted in Bollywood with Heropanti and has come a long way since then. He has delivered super-hits at the box-office and already has multiple films lined up. Baaghi 2 with alleged girlfriend Disha Patani will release soon. Even before the release of the second installment of the film, the makers have announced Baaghi 3 with Tiger.

Karan Johar’s Student of the Year 2 will also go on floors soon and Tiger plays the lead role in the Punit Malhotra directorial. He also has a YRF film with Hrithik Roshan and Vaani Kapoor in the pipeline. Moreover, Tiger has also signed the remake of Rambo.

Tiger has an amazing physique and is a fitness freak. Tiger has trained in dance and martial arts and his pliable body always manages to wow fans. To get the chiseled body, Tiger has an ultra-strict diet and a fitness regime. Tiger had said, “I’m on what you call a caveman’s diet. I stay away from all man-made items like rice and grains, and all forms of sugar. It’s mostly fruits, vegetables and animal protein,” in an earlier interview.

About his workout, Tiger had told a publication, “It’s like going through the grind every day. The focus is to get better than yesterday. At the end of the day, it’s all about being consistent. So, my work out consists of a mix of everything. I do a lot of cardio, and weight training for strength. And, for flexibility, it's gymnastics and martial arts. I don’t like to miss out on my work outs. Also, it’s important to eat the right food.”
