Gauri Khan looks ravishing at Shloka Mehta-Akash Ambani’s pre-engagement bash

Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan are close family friends of the Ambanis. Shah Rukh has been a part of all of their public events and has hosted quite a few of them. Nita Ambani was one of the first celebrities who visited Gauri Khan’s flagship store after it was launched in the city.

Mukesh and Nita Ambani hosted a pre-engagement bash for Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta. The lovely couple is all set to walk down the aisle in December and will get formally engaged in June. Akash and Shloka have been dating for five years and Akash formally proposed to Shloka in Goa on Saturday.

Shah Rukh Khan was amongst the first celebrity to arrive at the Ambani residence to wish the couple. Gauri Khan was also clicked by the paps at the party. Gauri looked ravishing in a black jumpsuit and was escorted to her car by Akash Ambani. Check out the photos:

Shah Rukh had said in an interview, “Mukeshbhai [Mukesh Ambani] and I spend a lot of time talking. He asks me about the movie business and what I think about business. I think he believes that I have a vision of where I want to take cinema to. How does a man believe he can do so many things when there are so many hurdles? In today’s times, when wings are not given for a man’s dreams to fly, how much more difficult must it have been during Dhirubhai’s [Ambani] time?” about his equation with Mukesh Ambani.
