The Mumbai Ganesh festival is one of the biggest celebrations in the city. From Ganpati mandals to people chanting Ganpati Bappa Morya on the streets of Mumbai, the festival is no less than a party but it has a huge importance. Any occasion without Bollywood is incomplete.
Today, Sanjay Dutt and wife Maanayata performed Ganesh aarti in the city. The two were in their tradition outfits and were all smiles while posing for the shutterbugs. While Maanayata looked pretty in her saree, Sanjay complimented her in her pjyama and kurta.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Sanjay is back with a bang as the trailer of his comeback movie Bhoomi came out a while back. Bhoomi which also stars Aditi Rao Hydari is directed by Omung Kumar and is slated to release on September 22, 2017.
Sanjay's life will be showcased as a biopic on screen by Rajkumar Hirani while Ranbir Kapoor will be playing Dutt. At the trailer launch of Bhoomi, Sanjay was asked if he was skeptical about what parts of his life will be shown in the biopic. On this, Dutt stated, "I was not skeptical at all because Raju, me and Abhijaat sat for many many hours and I played the cards right out in front of them. I've got nothing to hide and I have never had nothing to hide."
But, the actor also added, "I hope nothing has been shown about my love life."
