Fatima Sana Shaikh wishes Aamir Khan on his 53rd birthday; refers to him as 'tauji'
Fatima Sana Shaikh took to Instagram to wish Aamir Khan on 53rd birthday and refered to him as 'tauji' in her post. The two will be seen in Thugs of Hindostan.
Aamir Khan and Fatima Sana Shaikh starred in Dangal together. Fatima was then signed on for Yash Raj Films’ Thugs of Hindostan. Today, on her mentor Aamir's birthday, she shared some pictures on Instagram with the superstar and captioned it as, "Happy walla birthday tauji." Fatima also shared an old picture of her brother with Aamir and wrote, "Look what I found! Such an old picture of my brother shaanib and ak! Happy birthday."

The film’s shoot is going on in full swing in Jodhpur. The team has already wrapped up the Malta and Mumbai schedule of the Vijay Krishna Acharya directorial.
In a recent interview, Aamir Khan had confirmed that the plot of the film revolves around Fatima’s character. “Even in Thugs of Hindostan, the central role is the girl who is being played by Fatima Sana Shaikh. The story of the film is about her.”
Fatima too had been asked if she is conscious about playing Aamir Khan’s love interest in the film after playing his daughter in Dangal. She had said, “That’s our job, and you keep playing different characters from different age groups. So, I don’t have any issues.”
Earlier, there were rumours that Aamir Khan recommended Fatima’s name for the film. Speculations were rife, so much so, that Kiran Rao had defended Aamir Khan then by saying, “We don’t deal with casting. Aamir, Adi and Victor decided the casting so they must have given it a good thought because it’s a big film. There has to be merit or else they wouldn’t take risk with such a big film.”
Fatima Sana Shaikh has been working out religiously for her role in the film.
