Ali Fazal and Dame Judi Dench's Victoria & Abdul released today.
Ali Fazal plays the charming leading man in the Hollywood movie Victoria & Abdul and is paired alongside veteran actress and Oscar winner Dame Judi Dench.
The movie revolves around the budding friendship between Queen Victoria (played by Dame Judi Dench) and Abdul Karim (played by Ali Fazal), a young clerk from India.
While the movie released today in India, Victoria & Abdul even made it to #1 at the UK box office and at the top spot of the Indie film genre in the US upon its release in select theatres.

Recently, a popular US-based magazine listed him in the list of 10 Actors to Watch for 2017. Describing Ali, the magazine stated, "Star of the Bollywood films Fukrey and Khamoshiyan, Fazal made his American film debut in Furious 7, Fazal stars opposite Judi Dench in the upcoming Stephen Frears film Victoria & Abdul."

A while back, Ali reminisced about the day he first met Dame Judi Dench during his screen test. The actor revealed, "Judi is such a flirt - it’s so hard not to flirt back - I love her! Our relationship is so legit. She’s hard not to love as she’s probably the most loved thing on this planet!"
During a special screening when Dame Judi Dench was asked about working with Ali, the actress revealed, "Ali is a beautiful young man. He’s kind of a romantic, and also a laugher. That’s a good mixture. We got on very well indeed."
