Durga Puja: Check how your favorite stars are gearing up for the big day
Durga Puja is often celebrated by our stars with much devotion and festivities.
Like the rest of the country, Bollywood is gearing up for the very popular festival of Durga Puja. Not only is Durga Puja often celebrated in our movies, but it is also celebrated by our B-town folk in real life, with as much grandeur and vigour.
Every year, we see stars such as Kajol, Rani Mukerji, and Sushmita Sen among many others, offer prayers on this auspicious day. Cousins Rani and Kajol were spotted at various pandals last year, celebrating the ongoing Durga Puja festivities. Both the powerhouse actresses not only enjoyed the celebrations with their near and dear ones but also served food and delicacies to the devotees present there.
Here is how some of our stars are getting all prepped up for Durga Puja and Navratri festivities:
Sushmita Sen took to her social media handle to share a message about the festival. She wrote, "SHE" is the most loving, powerful, vibrant, courageous and colourful part of me!!!! Kajol on the other hand, shared a picture of the Goddess and wrote, "Last year she looked like this ! Power crackling off her. Wonder what she will look like this year....."

Deepika Padukone too, is excited about the festival for a very special additional reason. The first look of her movie Padmavati will release on the auspicious day and Dippy took to her social media handle to write, "Rani Padmavati arrives tomorrow at sunrise."
Wishing everyone a happy festive season!
