Diwali 2017: Sonam Kapoor cozies up to Anand Ahuja
Sonam Kapoor hosted a star-studded Diwali bash last night.
Sonam Kapoor played hostess last night as she organised a Diwali bash which was attended by the who's who of Bollywood. An important person in Sonam's life who was in attendance at the bash was Anand Ahuja who flew to Mumbai to be with Sonam at the party.
Sonam looked stunning in a lavender lehenga skirt which she paired with a similarly patterned dupatta worn over her shoulders and a golden blouse. On the other hand, Anand looked handsome in a white kurta, a white Nehru jacket and white pants.
We got our hands on a photo and a cute Boomerang video of the duo who looked to be in a festive spirit.

Recently, when Sonam was quizzed about her relationship status with Anand by a leading daily, the actress said, "I don't want it to be written about. That has to be under my control. Everything else in my life is completely out of control. People are always saying things about me, on social media. They are always judging the way I look, the way I stand, the way I eat, the way I act, the way I speak. I need to protect others who come into my life because that person hasn't signed up for what I have. Why should he or she have to go through that? It's not fair. It's private and I don't believe in talking about it. I will not hide it but I will not talk about it either."
During an interaction with a leading tabloid, when Sonam's father and actor Anil Kapoor was asked his equation with Anand, he stated, "It is not my place to speak about Anand, that is entirely Sonam's prerogative and I have not known her to speak about her personal life."
The actor further added, "All I can say is that Anand and I are both private people and the bond we share is too personal for me to discuss with the media."
