Team Veere Di Wedding were their fashionable best at Ekta Kapoor's pre-Diwali bash
Ekta Kapoor hosted a star-studded pre-Diwali bash at her residence last night that was attended by the who's who of Bollywood which included Akshay Kumar with wife Twinkle Khanna, Shilpa Shetty with husband Raj Kundra and sister Shamita Shetty, Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra, Karan Johar, Sushant Singh Rajput, Sara Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha amongst others.
Team Veere Di Wedding minus Kareena Kapoor Khan marked their presence at the party as well. Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhasker, Shikha Talsania along with director Shashanka Ghosh and co-producer Rhea Kapoor posed happily for the paparazzi and were their fashionable best.
Fashion Queen Sonam looked gorgeous a concept saree by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. The saree featured an ivory high neck blouse with beaded details, a cold shoulder and with ruffles near the sleeves. A maang tikka with a simple low bun and smokey eyes rounded her look.
Swara looked beautiful in an orange heavy worked Anarkali suit while Shikha looked ethereal in an ivory green coloured Anarkali suit with a sheer dupatta. Rhea looked pretty in a blue saree with floral print on the sleeves and a collared blouse with feather hem while hostess Ekta looked cute in a lehenga, a tube sequined blouse and an embroidered skirt.

Meanwhile, Team Veere Di Wedding has completed the first schedule of the movie in Delhi. The team will now be heading to Bangkok for the second schedule of Veere Di Wedding in November after Diwali.
