Dhadak pair Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter make a splash at the airport
Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter were spotted at the Mumbai airport by the paparazzi. While Janhvi went the traditional route, Ishaan opted for a casual cool airport look.
Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter are waiting with bated breaths for the release of their movie, Dhadak, which is just a few days away. The two star kids make their highly anticipated Bollywood debut in this Shashank Khaitan directorial which is the Hindi remake of the 2016 Marathi film, Sairat starring Rinku Rajguru and Akash Thosar.
After enjoying the Mumbai rains yesterday during the promotional activities for their movie, Janhvi and Ishaan were spotted at the Mumbai airport today by the paparazzi.
Jaanvi looked cute as a button as she opted for traditional wear in a yellow chikankari kurta which she paired with white palazzos and white jhutis. Her hair was tied in a middle-parted plait. On the other hand, Ishaan kept it casual cool in a black and white striped tee which he paired with light blue jeans, grey and white sneakers and red Lennons.

Many comparisons are being made between Dhadak and Sairat, given that the popular singles from the Marathi movie like Zingaat and Yad Lagla were recreated for the Hindi remake. While many are all praises for the newcomers, there are some who have been trolling them. When Ishaan was asked about the same, the actor stressed that Dhadak has its own individuality and should be viewed differently. On the other hand, when Janhvi was asked about being compared to her famous mother Sridevi, the actress proudly stated that there was no one who could compare to her mother.
