Dhadak: Janhvi Kapoor, Ishaan Khatter and Shashank Khaitan are happy souls in this sweet photo

Newcomers Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter are leaving no stone unturned in promoting their film Dhadak which will be releasing in this month. The film is directed by Shashank Khaitan.

The young duo has been doing city tours and visiting the sets of several reality shows for the promotions and danced on the songs from the film which includes the title track and Zingaat.

Today, Janhvi took to her Instagram page and shared a photo posing with Ishaan and Shashank. The Dhadak trio looks elated and are all smiles while posing for the camera.

Janhvi captioned the photo stating, "When you get your reward before your verdict #family #nazarnalage"

Talking about Dhadak, the film is the official adaptation of 2016's Marathi hit film Sairat. The film had received a Special Mention at the 63rd National Film Awards.

Janhvi Kapoor said in a recent interview that she understands mixed reactions to their song Zingaat. But explained that the song comes at an important juncture in the film.

Janhvi also said in an interview to Vogue magazine that she wants her debut to be the debut of the year as she wants to make her family proud.

This is Khatter’s second film after his debut with Beyond the Clouds.

Dhadak is produced by Karan Johar's home banner Dharma Productions and will be hitting the screens on July 20, 2018. The film is a story about two people, who belong to different castes and fall in love with each other.
