Dhadak: Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter snapped post movie's wrap
Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter were snapped in the city post their Bollywood debut movie, Dhadak's wrap. The two were spotted while they indulged in a candid conversation.
Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter had a busy start to 2018 as the newbies were invested in the shoot of their Bollywood debut movie, Dhadak. The movie, which is the Hindi adaptation of the 2016 Marathi movie, Sairat, is being helmed by Shashank Khaitan.
Last night, Janhvi and Ishaan finally wrapped shooting for Dhadak and were spotted in the city post the wrap. Janhvi looked pretty in a long kurti which she paired with a white skirt and a white dupatta. She left her hair open with loose curls. On the other hand, Ishaan kept it simple in a white tee which he paired with black trousers and black shoes.
The pair indulged in a candid conversation as the paparazzi clicked them and then they parted ways.

Meanwhile, speaking of Dhadak, the movie tells the story of two teenagers battling the rigid caste system for their love for each other.
Earlier, about Dhadak, Shashank had revealed to Pinkvilla in an interview, "Dhadak is a title, a word and quite relatable. We are really excited about the film. I was always very excited to go to two new fresh faces and see how it works. Janhvi and Ishaan get a sense of innocence to the table and that's what we will capitalize on."
On the other hand, the filmmaker had said in another interview, "The basic premise is of differences in caste, honour killing and what it means to survive in that world and I feel that is the conflict that is alive all across India, you will hear stories like that. So in that sense, the basic premise (of Dhadak and Sairat) is same. But there are variations."
Dhadak is slated to release on July 20, 2018.
