Dhadak: Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter promote the film in Chandigarh

Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter starrer Dhadak will hit the screen this Friday. The actors have been promoting the film since last few weeks. They have been visiting different cities to promote their upcoming film.
Today, Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter were clicked in Chandigarh as they stepped out to promote the film. The duo was all smiles and posed for the cameras together.
For the promotions, Janhvi Kapoor opted for a light purple coloured sleeveless short kurta with mirror work all over it and lavender Patiala pants. She styled her hair in two-parted braids and completed her look by donning oxidised jewellery.
Ishaan Khatter looked handsome in a white kurta and mint green coloured stripe pants.

Dhadak is a remake of Marathi superhit film Sairat (2016) which was directed by Nagraj Manjule. Sairat starred Rinku Rajguru and Akash Thosar. Dhadak is helmed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Karan Johar.
Ishaan and Janhvi are overwhelmed with the love they have received.
In a statement, Janhvi Kapoor said, "I didn’t expect to receive so much love from the audience. I’m thankful for this and there’s a sense of gratitude for what I have received so far. I just hope that I can give something back to the audience."
She added, "I feel more responsible towards the audience. I want to earn their love. I wouldn’t say I’m nervous as that has a negative connotation, but I value everything that I have received so far."
Ishaan said, "Maybe, I didn’t think about all of this, but it’s truly overwhelming and I hope people like what they see in the film."
