Dhadak: Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter head to Jaipur for promotions

Sridevi and Boney Kapoor's daughter Janhvi Kapoor will be making her Bollywood debut with the film Dhadak alongside Ishaan Khatter. The trailer for the film was released 2 weeks ago and has impressed the audience.

The film is directed by Shashank Khaitan and it is a remake of Marathi superhit film Sairat (2016). It is produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.

Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter have kickstarted the promotions for the film. Yesterday, they gave interviews to the media and at the midnight, the duo was headed to Jaipur for the promotions.

Janhvi Kapoor looked pretty in a light blue and white tradition attire. She was all smiles at the cameras.

Ishaan Khatter kept it casual in a white t-shirt and blue-red shorts.

Today, the title track for the film will be out. Yesterday, Karan Johar shared a still from the song. 

For Dhadak, music composers Ajay-Atul have made a Hindi version of popular song Zingaat from Sairat. In the trailer, we already got so hear some bits of the song.

Dhadak is slated to release on July 20, 2018.

Meanwhile, in an interview with India Today, when Janhvi was asked if criticism affects her or not, she said that it does affect her. She said that there was a point where she didn't bother what people would say what she wore coming out of the gym. However, now, she becomes a little nervous as she doesn't know how to be good at something like this. The actor said that she wants people to love her.
