Deepika Padukone's outfit for Met Gala's after party makes for a perfect Ranveer Singh inspired look; view PIC

Deepika Padukone almost never fails to have her fashion game right on point, and while we do know that she just can't go wrong with her outfits, who knew she was taking inspiration from husband Ranveer Singh's outfits? DP attended the MET Gala 2019 and while we are sure everyone was in awe of her look from the red carpet, we were equally amazed by the outfit that she put together for the after party - a mermaid dress with a jacket and matching heels of course.

But, but, but, looks like it wasn't completely her idea and it has partly got to do with Ranveer's previous looks. Ranveer wore two suits, both of them of course as quirky as they get, and Deepika's MET Gala look for the after party combined both of them pretty much accurately. And we say it with so much confidence because Deepika went on to share one such picture on her social media and we are all for agreeing to this cross over of outfits that has happened here.
