Deepika Padukone enjoys a dinner outing with friends, check out pics

Deepika Padukone is currently enjoying some downtime. She wrapped up the filming of Padmavati over a month ago and will be shooting for her next, Vishal Bharadwaj’s film on Sapna Didi soon.

Deepika took a vacation to London and most recently to Maldives. She was accompanied by Ranveer Singh and their families as they brought in the New Year together in Maldives.

Today, Deepika was clicked on a dinner outing with her friends at a suburban restaurant in the city. Deepika looked pretty in a black top which she paired with blue denims. Beautiful earrings and minimal make-up completed the look. Deepika was clicked as she rushed to her car post dinner.

Earlier Deepika had confessed that shooting for Padmavati for a year was emotionally draining. About collaborating with Bhansali again, she had said, “As of now, we are all focussed on 'Padmavati'. And I would love to, although at this point, I also need to heal emotionally, mentally and physically from this experience. I think he and I both need to heal from this experience before we collaborate again.”

Deepika is slated to start filming for Vishal Bharadwaj’s film after the release of Padmaavat on 26^th January, 2018.

About her next film which is touted to be a strong character, she had said, “I love it. I am always up for a challenge, although people around me feel like... I also feel like I need to do something slightly less demanding, slightly less emotionally draining, but I get drawn to these kind of films.”
