Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have been going strong. The lovebirds who have never accepted to their relationship in public have given us enough hints with their PDA and interviews. There have been growing rumors about them walking down the aisle by the end of this year. There were also rumors about the two getting engaged on Deepika’s birthday in Maldives. Reports suggested that Ranveer Singh had popped the question, however his spokesperson had dismissed the rumors.

Deepika and Ranveer were today clicked by the shutterbugs at the special screening of their film, Padmaavat which is slated to release on 25^th January. Deepika and Ranveer were elated with the response of the audience at the film’s preview. They walked out of the screening holding hands. Check out the photos!

Amidst rumors of engagement, reports also suggested that Deepika and Ranveer have purchased a property in Goa. Their plush bungalow is in a posh neighborhood.

Ranveer and Deepika have always said that they share a special equation. Deepika had said in an earlier interview,“ He is my best friend (and this is not to be taken lightly). I am emotional, sensitive and vulnerable and I hurt easily. I can be so naked in front of Ranveer and I know he will never hurt me or take me for granted. That is the kind of trust and understanding we have. The reason I love and respect him is that I can bare my soul and still feel comfortable. If this is divine connection - this is what it is.”

On the other hand Ranveer had said, “I can't, I can't explain it in words. I really can't. This is one question that I'm often asked, and I really have no explanation for it. It's divinity.”
