Karan Johar became a father earlier this year via surrogacy. He is a doting daddy to twins, Yash and Roohi Johar. Time and again, Karan keeps sharing adorable pictures of his kids on his social media accounts.

Today, Karan took to Instagram to share a picture of his twins Yash and Roohi playing with Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan’s son Taimur Ali Khan. They looked super cute together and seem to be having great fun. He captioned the image saying, ‘’And a new friendship begins.''

In the picture, Taimur is seen wearing a cute yellow tee and blue denim. On the other hand, Yash and Roohi are dressed in blue and pink and look like angels. 

Interestingly, the three of them have arrived to attend the birthday bash of Rani Mukherji-Aditya Chopra's daughter Adira.

About parenthood, Karan had earlier said, “My life has changed since Roohi and Yash arrived. At 44, this is my biggest blockbuster. I still haven’t realised the enormity of what’s happened. They’re only two months old. And all they do is eat, sleep, burp, wail and poop. Kabhi khushi, kabhie gham! While I stare at them in wonder. But I can’t get over the fact that they are mine. It’s like a powerful switch has suddenly come on in my life, filling the emptiness in my personal space with new energy. I get teary-eyed just looking at them. It’s surreal to think of them as my daughter and son. It’s daunting even, but in a gorgeous way, when I wake up suddenly at night to remember that I have life breathing in the next room that I’m totally accountable for. My universe was Dad, Mom and films. But now there are Roohi and Yash. My two new friends.”

Kareena Kapoor Khan recently opened up about Taimur Ali Khan's first birthday plans. In an interview with a daily, Kareena when asked how she and husband Saif Ali Khan are planning to celebrate his birthday, Kareena had said, “Well, it’s going to be a family affair. It’s not going to be a big Bollywood party like how everyone sees it. It’s his first birthday and he should be with his family- his parents and his grandparents. It’s going to be a small intimate thing."
