Brahmastra: Ranbir Kapoor poses with his fans in Tel Aviv

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt will be seen on-screen for the first time in Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra. The movie is going to be a trilogy and will be produced by Karan Johar. 

Ranbir and Alia along with Ayan are currently in Tel Aviv, Israel as they are prepping for the action flick. We got our hands on a few pictures where Ranbir was seen posing with his fans and was all smiles. He was also seen giving his autograph.

Ranbir and Alia have already kickstarted the training in movement and scene design in Tel Aviv. The shooting of the film will commence in February 2018. 

Apart from Ranbir and Alia, the movie also stars Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role. Speaking on the film, Ranbir had said, “I am extremely excited! Ayan is trying something beyond his years. I think Alia and me are soldiers in this dream of his. He is so hard working. He has a vision. The kind of imagination. The dream that he is trying to put up.''

About Brahmastra, Ayan had said in an interview, "It's the biggest project of my life. All my hopes are pinned on this film. I hope it becomes the biggest success... I am very excited about the cast but I hope the film gets even bigger than the cast." 

"Ranbir will have to put a lot of extra efforts for the movie. There's so much stuff in the film like action, dance, movements... I hope he is going to do a lot in the film," Ayan had said.

The first part of a trilogy and it will hit the screens on August 15, 2019.
