Blackbuck Case: Tabu, Saif Ali Khan and Sonali Bendre head to Jodhpur for the hearing
Tabu, Saif Ali Khan and Sonali Bendre were spotted at the Mumbai airport a while back. The trio is heading to Jodhpur for the hearing of their 1998 Blackbuck case.
In the year 1998, Salman Khan along with his Hum Saath Saath Hai co-stars Tabu, Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre and Neelam were accused of poaching blackbucks while shooting in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
The hearing of the case is set to be held on April 5, 2018, and today, Tabu, Saif and Sonali were snapped at the Mumbai airport. The actors were heading to Jodhpur for the same. Tabu was seen in a black shirt with blue jeans. She teamed it up with Kolhapuris and black sunglasses. Saif wore a black silk kurta and white pyjamas with brown shoes and blue transparent glasses. Whereas Sonali was seen in a yellow top with dhoti pants and oversized sunglasses. Sonali was accompanied by her husband and filmmaker Goldie Behl.

For the uninitiated, Salman has been acquitted of killing two blackbucks on October 2, 1998, in Kankani village in Jodhpur during the shooting of Hum Saath Saath Hain. He was acquitted in two poaching cases by the high court and in a case under Arms Act by the lower court.
The superstar’s counsel H M Saraswat said the final arguments in the case began on September 13 last year with the prosecution counsel citing the statements of the eyewitnesses of the case.
“After the completion of the prosecution’s arguments on October 23, we began our arguments on October 28 last year and completed on February 4,” he said.
After this, the counsels for the co-accused began their arguments, which completed on March 24, he said.
