Bharat: Salman Khan papped at Chandigarh airport as he returns to resume the shoot for his upcoming film

Starring Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan, Bharat is a film that is helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar. The movie is currently being shot in Punjab. Salman Khan was papped at Chandigarh airport today as he returned to the city to resume the shooting for his upcoming film. Take a look.

Bollywood actors have a knack for travelling to different cities be it within the country or outside the country for the shooting of a film. This can be said about the Bhaijaan of Bollywood Salman Khan. He has been extremely busy with the shooting of his upcoming film, Bharat starring Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani and Tabu. Meanwhile, he has also been shooting for the reality show Bigg Boss in Mumbai. Thus, he has to travel back and forth between the two projects. 

The current track of Bharat is being shot in Punjab where the makers have recreated Amritsar’s Wagah Border for the shooting. Amidst this, Salman Khan made his way back to Chandigarh to resume the shooting of the film. He had come back last week to Mumbai for the shooting of Bigg Boss’s Weekend Ka Vaar episode, and today,  he was caught by the paps outside Chandigarh airport. He was protected by heavy security while he sported a casual look. He can be seen wearing a blue t-shirt along with blue denims and casual shoes.

Salman Khan is also busy with reality show, Bigg Boss Season 12 where he is the host of Weekend Ka Vaar episode. Bharat is a movie that is being produced by Salman Khan, Atul Agnihotri and Bhushan Kumar. The movie is based on a South Korean film, Ode to My Father. A few days back we got to see a picture of how the movie's crew recreated the Wagah border at Ludhiana. We could also spot Salman and Katrina in the photo. The film also stars Disha Patani who will play Salman's sister and a trapeze artist, Sunil Grover, Tabu, Meiyang Chang, Jackie Shroff. The movie is slated to release on June 5, 2019.
