Batti Gul Meter Chalu: Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam snapped on the sets
Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam were clicked at a popular studio in the Mumbai where they were shooting for Batti Gul Meter Chalu. The film also stars Shahid Kapoor.

Batti Gul Meter Chalu is helmed by director Shree Narayan Singh. Today, Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam were snapped on the sets of the film.
Shraddha Kapoor was seen in a simple desi avatar donning a blue saree and hair tied in a bun. Yami Gautam, who plays a lawyer in the show wore a white saree and teamed it up with a black robe.
In the film, even Shahid Kapoor will essay the role of a lawyer. The film is based on the social issue of problems of electricity that are faced by people in the country.

Batti Gul Meter Chalu was earlier slated to release on August 31, 2018. The film will now hit the screens on September 14, 2018.
For the film, Shahid and Shraddha have shot a dance number together called Hard Hard. Recently, Yami Gautam shared a picture with Shahid while they were shooting for the film.
The film will be clashing with Kajol starrer Helicopter Eela that is also scheduled to release on September 14 this year.
Meanwhile, Shraddha Kapoor will also be seen in Stree alongside Rajkummar Rao. The release date is yet to be announced.
Shahid Kapoor will be next working on South superhit film Arjun Reddy's Hindi remake. He will be opposite to Tara Sutaria who will be making her debut with Student Of The Year 2.
