Ayushmann was clicked on the sets of his upcoming movie, Badhaai Ho. The movie has gone on floors today. The actor looked handsome in a white tee and grey trousers which he teamed with a black jacket and white sneakers.
Talking about the film, Badhaai Ho is a coming-of-age story of a family as that grapples with some unexpected news. The film follows the impact of the news on the family and how the members deal with it in their own way. The film also stars the Dangal fame actress, Sanya Malhotra.
Earlier, talking about the movie, Ayushmann had said, "I had a fantastic experience collaborating with Junglee Pictures for Bareilly Ki Barfi and working with them on Badhaai Ho is going to be exciting. The story that Amit tells is typically Indian with dollops of quirky humour. I look forward to a family film that is innovative and entertaining."
Talking about his choice of script and the kind of films people want in today's time, Ayushmann earlier told a leading daily, "After Dum Laga Ke Haisha (2015), I realised that script really matters and the content should be different in this day and age because nowadays, you have lot of options online and lot of space for people to showcase their work. And those are quirkier and edgier because censorship is lenient online."
Preity Zinta was also snapped post a meeting in the city. She sported a casual look. The actress was seen wearing a white tee and blue denim. She was all smiles as she got clicked by the paparazzi.
Meanwhile, Preity who is married to Gene Goodenough was in news for her alleged pregnancy. However, sources close to the actress have shot the rumors down, attributing her warm clothing to the cold. “It happened to be pretty cold those days, and was late in the night as well,” said the source.
“That was the reason why PZ was seen in the shawl. There’s nothing more to the story. Preity is upset about the story appearing, because she’s insistent she’ll have a baby when the time is ripe. She has a lot of friends in the media, who confirm with her before writing stories, but not this time,'' the source further said.
