Ayushmann Khurrana and Kriti Sanon look stylish as they promote Bareilly Ki Barfi

The team of Bareilly Ki Barfi have been going about town promoting their film. The film stars Kriti Sanon, Rajkumar Rao and Ayushmann Khurrana in the lead. The actors have been promoting the film by conducting media interviews and going on Television shows. We spotted Ayushmann Khurrana and Kriti Sanon promoting the film at a suburban studio today.

The film is directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and it is a quirky comedy based in the heartland on India. It revolves around the female protagonist and how her free spirited nature makes her run away from home in a bid to escape marriage. The film is slated to release on August 18.

Ayushmann Khurrana also has Shubh Mangal Savdhan that releases two weeks after Bareilly Ki Barfi. Ayushmann had recently said, "I think I am meant for unconventional films, which is why I will be sceptical if choosing any conventional films. I think we all have to carve our own niche in the cinema industry. And these kinds of films work for me - whether it is 'Vicky Donor', 'Dum Laga Ke Haisha' and now 'Shubh Mangal Saavdhan'." The talented actor also caught up with superstar Hrithik Roshan while promoting the film at Mehboob Studio.

For Kriti Sanon, this will be her next release after Raabta which had her working with rumored boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput. Based on the theme of reincarnation Raabta tanked at the box office. Rajkumar Rao was last seen in Behen Hogi Teri. He was applauded for his portrayal in 2016 thriller Trapped which was a survival drama.
