Avengers 4: Mark Ruffalo and Chris Evans' banter over their throwback photos screams of friendship goals
Avengers 4 co-stars Mark Ruffalo and Chris Evans indulged in some friendly banter on Twitter over their classic throwback photos and it screams of friendship goals.
It was back in 2012 when we got to witness the OG's of MCU, i.e. Iron Man, The Hulk, Captain America, Thor, Black Widow and Hawkeye in and as Avengers. As they say, the rest is history and now, we eagerly await for Avengers 4 tentatively titled Avengers: Annihilation, which could also mark the last time we see a few of the original Avengers in a Marvel film. With epic movies, we see epic friendships as well and the 6 co-stars - Robert Downey Jr, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson and Jeremy Renner - share a tight-knit bond.
The Avengers love to roast each other as tactfully as they praise each other and their Twitter banter is always a delight to witness. A recent Mark Ruffalo tweet sparked a friendly banter between him and Chris Evans, which had us all laughing out loud. Mark shared a hilarious throwback picture of himself which had Twitterati in heaps of laughter along with Chris who also shared the photo and tweeted, "It actually makes me furious that I can’t hang out with this kid."
Reacting to Chris' tweet, Mark wrote the same thing and shared two hilarious throwback photos of Chris as well.
Using his witty humour and poking fun at himself, Chris tweeted back, "Clearly I coulda used the friend. Also, I changed the form on the way to school and checked the laser background box instead. Sadly, it didn’t have the effect on my social standing that I had initially presumed."

Friendship goals, indeed!
Meanwhile, the OG Avengers recently got a matching tattoo to pay tribute to their superhero squad as well as their friendship. However, Mark opted out of getting the tattoo while quipping to Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that he is being a punk rocker by not getting the tattoo.
