Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Taapsee Pannu and other celebs catch a special screening of October

A special screening of Shoojit Sircar’s October was organized at a popular studio in the city today for fraternity members. Varun Dhawan and Banita Sandhu starrer is all set to release in theatres tomorrow. The world premiere of the film took place in Dubai yesterday.

At the screening today, Varun Dhawan was clicked by the shutterbugs. Varun was in a cheerful mood and sported a light blue tee and blue denim. Varun’s co-star Banita nailed the monochrome look and posed for photos with fans.

Arjun Kapoor also arrived to watch the film and was in a pensive mood. He did give paps a thumbs up before zooming off in his car. Yami Gautam, Aditi Rao Hydari and Taapsee Pannu looked stylish as they arrived to watch the film.

After the screening, Yami tweeted, “Finding hard to put my experience of ‘ October ‘ in words ..rarely does a movie evoke such deep- rooted emotions.. thank you @ShoojitSircar Da for making us hold on to moments , something which is withering away today.. And @writeonj, your Dan & Shiuli are in our hearts forever.”

Yami’s Vicky Donor co-star Ayushmann Khurrana also arrived with wife Tahira for the preview of October. He sported bespectacled look. After watching the film, Ayushmann posted on his social media account, “Subtlety in love is rare. And that too on the celluloid is the rarest form of cinema. #October celebrates true selfless love. @Varun_dvn’s innocence is so endearing. @BanitaSandhu is a great discovery.
