Anil, Sonam, Boney, Khushi and others attend Janhvi Kapoor-Ishaan Khatter's Dhadak screening
Janhvi Kapoor's family members attended the special screening of her debut film Dhadak where she is paired opposite Ishaan Khatter. The film will release on July 20, 2018.

Newcomers Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter are gearing up for the release of their soon-to-be-released film Dhadak. A special screening of the film was held last night which was attended by the cast and their family members.
Celebrities namely Boney Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Sonam K Ahuja, Rhea Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor & family, Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra, Varun Dhawan and his mom Karuna Dhawan among others marked their presence at the special screening of Dhadak.
They were all smiles posing for the shutterbugs present there.

After attending the screening, celebrities praised Dhadak and the lead actors Janhvi and Ishaan for their performance. Janhvi's cousin and actor Sonam tweeted, "What a stunning debut @janhvikapoor so so proud! Moved beyond words. @ishaankhattar you are magnificent. And this is all thanks to @ShashankKhaitan who has brilliantly captured their innocence, vulnerability and strength! Stunned!!!!!!"
She further tweeted, "@karanjohar all I can say you know how to make em! Created young ones again!"

Talking about Dhadak, the film is an official adaptation of 2016's Marathi blockbuster Sairat which was directed by Nagraj Manjule. Dhadak is helmed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Karan Johar under his home banner Dharma Productions. The film is slated to release on July 20, 2018.
