Anil Kapoor reaches the airport to receive Boney Kapoor; Sridevi’s mortal remains to arrive shortly

The Kapoor family is devastated with the loss of Sridevi. Her untimely and sudden demise has left the country grief-stricken. Sridevi passed away on Saturday after losing consciousness and accidentally slipping in her bath-tub in her hotel room in Dubai.

Her mortal remains have left from Dubai in Anil Ambani’s private jet. Arjun Kapoor flew to Dubai earlier today to help father Boney Kapoor complete all the formalities. Arjun Kapoor, Boney Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor will be arriving with Sridevi’s mortal remains shortly.

Anil Kapoor was clicked at the airport as he went to receive brother Boney Kapoor. Her mortal remains will be cremated tomorrow at 3.30 PM. Fans and fraternity members will be able to pay their tributes to Sridevi in the morning.

The family released a statement today that read, “Khushi, Janhvi, Boney Kapoor and the entire Kapoor and Ayyappan families are deeply bereaved and shocked with the untimely loss of Sridevi Kapoor. Late Sridevi Kapoor passed away in Dubai, UAE, on Saturday February 24th.We thank the film fraternity, media, fans of late Sridevi Kapoor and all the well-wishers for their prayers, support and sensitivity during our moment of immense grief. We request you to kindly join us in paying our last respect to a remarkable actor, beloved wife and loving mother.”

In the evening, Katrina Kaif, AKshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna were clicked at Anil Kapoor’s residence. Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor left for their house from Anil Kapoor’s residence in the evening.
