Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao step out in the city to promote Fanney Khan
Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao will star together in the upcoming film Fanney Khan. Recently, the two stepped out in the city to promote their film.
Anil Kapoor has time and again proved that age is just a number for him. The actor can give anyone a run for their money, courtesy his impeccable acting skills and his good looks. He is currently basking in the glory of his latest release Race 3, which has performed very well at the box office.
On the other hand, Rajkummar Rao has established himself in the film industry and has earned himself the tag of a talented actor with his hard work and talent.
Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao are teaming up for the first time for their upcoming film Fanney Khan. Today, both the actors stepped out in the city to promote their film. Anil had donned a grey shirt and jeans and looked handsome as usual, while Rajkummar sported a casual black and white t-shirt and light blue jeans. The two posed readily as they were being clicked by the shutterbugs.
Fanney Khan is a tale of a middle-class taxi driver played by Anil Kapoor, whose daughter aspires to be a singer, but is constantly body-shamed by the society. Rajkummar Rao plays Anil's friend in the film. Fanney Khan also stars Aishwarya Rai, who plays India's biggest pop star Baby Singh.
Apart from Fanney Khan, Anil will also star in Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga. Along with Anil, the film also stars his daughter Sonam Kapoor, Juhi Chawla, and Rajkummar Rao again. Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga will mark the first time that the father-daughter duo will share the same screen. The two have always expressed their desire of working with each other.
Speaking about Rajkummar Rao, the actor has had a very successful 2017, and seems like 2018 is nothing less than the previous year. Earlier this year, his film Omerta released at the theatres, which received critical acclaim from the masses.
In the coming days, apart from Fanney Khan and Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, Rajkummar will also star in Stree, alongside Shraddha Kapoor, Mental Hai Kya, alongside Kangana Ranaut, and in Made in India, where Mouni Roy will play his wife.
