Anand Ahuja tying a mangalsutra around bride Sonam Kapoor's neck is a sight to behold
Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja are now happily married. We got our hands on a picture of the couple during their Anand Karaj ceremony where Anand is seen lovingly tying the mangalsutra around Sonam's neck.
Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja tied the knot just some time back in what was a beautiful Anand Karaj ceremony.
The wedding was held at Sonam's aunt's bungalow, Rockdale and many Bollywood celebrities joined the entire Kapoor family to celebrate Sonam and Anand's special day.
Sonam looked drop-dead gorgeous in an Anuradha Vakil red lehenga which she paired with a matching blouse that had golden lotus motifs on it and a complimenting matching dupatta which had a thick golden border. Sonam accessorised her look with a jadau neckpiece with layering jewellery, a heavy maang tika, dangler earrings, traditional Punjabi choodas and kaleere.
Anand wore a Nehru collar muted dark beige sherwani. The groom teamed his attire with a traditional dark beige and cream safa and a pearl and stone neckpiece accentuated his look.
We got our hands on a beautiful photo of the now married couple as the ceremony was going on. The photo perfectly captured the moment Anand and Sonam became husband and wife as Anand tied the mangalsutra around Sonam's neck. The way Sonam holds onto Anand is adorable beyond words!

Earlier, Sonam and Anand's wedding was a bunch of speculations which were put to rest by a statement which was shared by the Kapoor and Ahuja families thus confirming the marriage rumours.
The statement read, "From the Kapoor & Ahuja families, The Kapoor & Ahuja families, take great joy and pride, in announcing the marriage of Sonam & Anand. The wedding will take place on the 8th of May in Mumbai. Since it is an intimate affair, we request you to respect the family's need for privacy. Thank you for all your blessings and love, as we celebrate this special moment in our lives. Thanks & Regards."
