Amitabh Bachchan shares an endearing photo with grand-daughter Navya Naveli Nanda

Amitabh Bachchan is back in the city after a grueling shoot of Thugs of Hindostan in Jodhpur. The veteran actor even had a health scare on the sets of the film.

Big B returned to the city today and posted photos of him in the chartered plane leaving Jodhpur. He is slated to begin work on Brahmastra now.

Amitabh Bachchan also posted a photo with grand-daughter Navya Naveli Nanda who is in town for holidays. Navya is currently pursuing her higher education in the United States. He captioned the photo, “ home where the love is ..”

Big B had recently written a letter that imparted life lessons to his grand-daughters. He had written, “Hi Navya Naveli, namaste, I have written a letter to both of you and I am going to read it and I am going to put it on internet because I feel that it is a letter meant not just for you but every granddaughter.”

He told both Navya and Aaradhya to “make your own choices in the light of your own wisdom” and “never worry about log kya kahenge”.

There were rumors that Navya will be joining the film industry. But Shweta Bachchan had rubbished it saying, “I will be worried if (Navya Naveli) plans to be an actor. I don't think it is as easy as it looks. You have to work extremely hard, especially if you are a woman. And I wonder if she has in her to bear with all of it."

Navya too had said, “No way, I’ll be joining the industry,” in an interview to a leading publication.
