Amidst Padmavati controversy, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh snapped post-dinner date

After a long time, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone were snapped together by the paparazzi. The lovely couple was spotted post-dinner at a high-end hotel in South Mumbai.
Both Ranveer and Deepika were seen exiting from the hotel together and getting into the car together. Deepika was seen in a black T-Shirt and blue jeans. She tied her hair in a low ponytail and carried a sling bag. Whereas Ranveer wore a tracksuit with jeans.

Recently, during an interaction with a leading magazine, Ranveer was asked if having Deepika as a co-star in Padmavati helped him in this difficult film. To which he replied, "(Laughs) I have no scenes with her in this film at all. But it’s nice to have someone you can confide in. It’s comforting. It’s great to have someone who can relate to your problems. It was definitely a good feeling to have."
During an interview with a leading magazine, when Deepika was asked what's the best thing about Ranveer's company, she had said, "When we're with each other, we don't need anything or anyone else. We're comfortable in each other's presence. Sometimes it's intelligent conversation, sometimes just silence, sometimes there's a childlike innocence. We keep each other grounded. We are good in that sense."
When asked when does she plan to take her relationship to the next level (hinting to marriage)? To which she had said, "Hmmm...and what would the next level be? It's not obvious. I don't know if marriage per se... Because I believe every relationship has its natural progression. I'm discovering that myself."
