Alia Bhatt sports a cool new hairstyle after a salon session with mom Soni Razdan

Alia Bhatt has had an extremely busy year so far; she wrapped up the first schedule of Ayan Mukerji’s film, Brahmastra with Ranbir Kapoor in Bulgaria. She also wrapped up her part in Gully Boy yesterday. Alia will now begin promotional activities for her upcoming film, Raazi.

Today, Alia pampered herself at a salon in the city and was accompanied by mom Soni Razdan. The mother-daughter duo spent some time together at the salon and Soni posted on her social media account, “The only way I get to meet my baby these days ! Hanging out while she’s at the parlour #haircolor #motherdaughter#haha #cantbehelped”

Alia also posted a video of Soni Razdan and posted, “Quality/ Financial management time with mommy while I’m at the salon! Cause there’s no other way I can see her.”

Alia was all smiles as she exited the salon and was clicked sporting colored highlights and a new hairstyle. Check out the photos:

Soni plays the role of Alia’s mother in the film Raazi. About the film, Soni revealed to us, “I am very much there in the film and I am playing Alia's mother. I am reacting to all that's happening and it's pretty clear from the trailer to what's going around. It's very traumatic for any mother to see her daughter go through any sort of hardships.”

She also complimented Alia for handling stardom so well; she had said, “I am a lucky mother and I know that. I think handling not only stardom but everything and to be relaxed at this platform, be able to deal with it and not let it get overhead, it's actually not that easy but she makes it look like that.”
