Speaking of this, Gully Boy’s Safeena aka Alia Bhatt is all set to play the role of a dedicated and excited bridesmaid to her friend. Alia took to Instagram to share her excitement about her friend's wedding and we can’t wait to see some more photos.
In the boomerang video, Alia Bhatt can be seen dolled up to go to attend the wedding. She can be seen dressed in a traditional golden colour outfit along with gold embellished earrings. Her hair can be seen partially tied. To complete her look, Alia added a pair of funky black sunglasses. In the video, we can see her playing with her shades as she seems pretty excited to step into the shoes of a bridesmaid.
On the professional front, Alia’s recent release, Gully Boy has received massive adulation from critics and general audiences. She has managed to make an impact with her role of Safeena and her dialogue, “Mar Jayega Tu,” has become extremely famous.

Post Gully Boy, Alia will be seen alongside Varun Dhawan in Abhishek Varman’s Kalank. The movie also stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Sonakshi Sinha, Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit Nene. Kalank is a period drama and the shoot just recently wrapped up for the same. The movie is slated to release on April 18, 2019.
