Alia Bhatt keeps it cool and casual as she steps out in the city, view PICS

Alia Bhatt was today clicked exiting a restaurant in the city. The actress sported a casual look. She was wearing a white sweatshirt and purple track pants. She tied her hair in a ponytail and completed her look with black sports shoes. Alia was all smiles as she got clicked by the paparazzi.

On the work front, Alia is currently shooting for Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy. The film also stars Ranveer Singh in the lead role. 

For the film, Alia will be seen wearing a hijab. The pictures from the shooting location revealed her look for the film. Gully Boy's release date is yet to be announced.

She will soon start shooting for Ayan Mukerji's directorial titled Brahmastra under Karan Johar's home banner Dharma Productions. The movie will also star Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role.

Earlier, about working with Ranbir, Alia had said to a leading daily, “I’m super-excited. I’ve always been open about the fact that I admire Ranbir as an actor, and I’m dying to work with him because I’m going to learn more about acting as a craft (from him). I am just a big fan of Ranbir. I’m also most excited about working with Ayan (Mukerji; director) because I loved both his films (Wake Up Sid, 2009, and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, 2013). He’s a very dear person.”

Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy will be a part of the cast as well. Brahmastra is slated to release on August 15, 2019.
