Akshay Kumar, Twinkle Khanna and Nitara are back after holidaying in Cape Town
Akshay Kumar celebrated Christmas and New Year Eve with his family in Cape Town this year. Today, the actor was snapped at the airport with wife Twinkle Khanna and daughter Nitara as they return after holidaying. Now the actor will get back to work and promote his upcoming release PadMan.

Akshay and his family celebrated the Christmas and New Year's Eve in Cape Town. The superstar also celebrated Twinkle's birthday at their holiday destination.
During the holidays, Akshay and Twinkle spent some romantic time alone. He even flaunted his tattoo 'Tina' dedicated to his wife Twinkle Khanna (her nickname is Tina) on his left shoulder.
Akshay and Twinkle shared some beautiful pictures from Cape Town on their social media. Now, they are finally back to their normal lives after enjoying an amazing vacation.

On the work front, Twinkle is producing Akshay Kumar's upcoming film, PadMan. Akshay Kumar's PadMan is a film inspired by the life of Arunachalam Muruganantham, a small town entrepreneur from Tamil Nadu who invented low-cost sanitary napkins to generate awareness in rural areas. The movie is all set to release next year on January 26, 2018.
Recently, at the launch of Padman's song Aaj Se Teri, Twinkle was asked if she was into the footsteps of Radhika Apte in the film and would have been the onscreen wife. To this, Twinkle in her own witty 'andaaz' said, "Mela dilon ka. (Laughs) I guess I'm better off behind the camera."
Coming to the serious agenda of the movie, Twinkle also added, "We are making sure that school girls and supervisors watch this film." If you have seen the trailer, it starts with a strong note wherein Akshay is seen trying to wear a sanitary pad. Twinkle, on this, said, "R.Balki convinced me that Akshay should play this part."
