Akshay Kumar and Shilpa Shetty get clicked in Bandra
Akshay Kumar and Shilpa Shetty have a busy day in the city.
Actors Akshay Kumar and Shilpa Shetty had a busy Saturday afternoon as they were clicked in Bandra. Akshay was snapped while he was busy shooting at a studio whereas Shilpa Shetty was papped outside a gym.
Akshay dressed in grey shorts, white t-shirt and a checkered shirt, was seen interacting with his crew when the paparazzi clicked him. When he spotted the photographers clicking him, instead of posing, Akshay was pointing out to the photographers, trying to get his crew's attention!
We wonder what is Akshay upto. Any guesses?
On the work front, Akshay Kumar's latest release Toilet: Ek Prem Katha has hit the screens yesterday and is doing decently well at the box office. The movie made INR 13.50 crore on Day 1 and has a positive word of mouth. The film is directed by Shree Narayan Singh and also stars Bhumi Pednekar, Anupam Kher and others in the lead.
Apart from this, Kumar also has Padman in his kitty. The movie, which stars Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte along with Akshay, is a biopic on Arunachalam Muruganantham, a small town entrepreneur from Tamil Nadu who invented low-cost sanitary napkins to generate awareness in rural areas. Padman marks Twinkle Khanna's production house Mrs Funnybones' debut and is being helmed by R. Balki. Recently, Akshay announced the release date of the movie and confirmed that it will come out on April 13, 2018. Tweeted Akshay, "Mark your calendars! Mrsfunnybones and R. Balki's Padman releasing on 13th April 2018! @PadManTheFilm."
The Khiladi actor also has Robot 2.0 and Gold in the pipeline. In 2.0 Akshay will be seen playing a negative role and will lock horns with Rajinikanth, who plays the lead role. The promotions of the same recently began in USA and the movie is all set to come out on January 25, 2018. Akshay Kumar is also shooting for Gold which is being directed by Reema Kagti. The actor shot for the same in London recently.
Shilpa Shetty, on the other hand, stepped out at her sporty best as she was clicked after her work out. Looking hot in a blue printed jeggings, grey t-shirt and white shoes, Shilpa Shetty happily posed for the photogs.
