Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra step up the fashion game at HT Most Stylish Awards, view PICS

HT Most Stylish Awards 2018 were held in the city today which saw the who’s who of Bollywood turning up at their fashionable best. The annual event recognizes the most stylish actors, business honchos, sports stars, politicians for making their respective fields more fashionable.

Today, Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra made an uber-stylish appearance at the much-awaited awards night. Akshay looked handsome in a white shirt and checkered pants. He completed his look with a black blazer and sunglasses. 

Parineeti also looked incredibly gorgeous on the red carpet of the awards. She was seen wearing a cream and silver colored outfit. Nude makeup and smokey eyes accentuated her look.

Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra are all set to star in Karan Johar’s Kesari which is based on the Battle of Saragarhi. 

The mammoth film will have Akshay playing the role of a military commander of 21 Sikh soldiers named Havaldar Ishar Singh who fought against thousands of Afghani invaders. Pari will be seen playing the role of Akshay's wife. 

In an earlier interview, talking about the title, he had said, "The title has been finalised as Kesari. I will start working on the film in January. We will be continuously shooting for it after the release of Padman."

Meanwhile, Akshay is busy with the promotions of his upcoming movie, Padman which also stars Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte in lead roles. On the other hand, Parineeti will be next seen in Dibakar Banerjee’s Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar. The movie also stars Arjun Kapoor in the lead role.
