Ajay Devgn's first look as Taanaji is fierce and captivating; check it out
Director Om Raut shared a picture of Ajay Devgn as Taanaji, and we are sure impressed.
The first look of Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior came out earlier in July and sharing the first look, he had written, "He fought for his People, his Soil & his King Chhatrapati Shivaji. The unsung warrior of glorious Indian history, Subedar Taanaji Malusare.” Taanjai is the person who fought with Chatrapati Shivaji and was the military leader in the army of Shivaji. He is popular in history for the battle of Singhad in 1670, fought against Jai Singh I, the Mughal army Chief.
Meanwhile, amidst all the New Year cheer, the first look of Ajay Devgn as Taanaji is now out, and it does look something to look forward to in this year. This picture shared by Om Raut has Ajay Devgn in the classic Subedar outfit, and that look in his eyes is as fierce as it gets while the picture is obviously captivating. The film will also see Saif Ali Khan reunite with Ajay Devgn, the details of which aren't known much, but it sure is going to be a spectacle to watch. Check out the picture here:
Saif, in an interview, was all praises for Ajay and also said how he does love cinema and produces great things too. He also said how this is after all a right kind of film for him to do since it highlights patriotism and heroism and kids shall love it. Talking about his character, Saif said he can be called the anti-hero in the film, and that his character is pretty cool.
The Om Raut directorial is expected to release on November 22, 2019.
